A simple basic PDF pattern for the commonly used shopper tote bag. This tote bag pattern is a fun project for beginners. The bag consists of an outer and inner fabric. So you won’t see any seams when the project is finished.

The finished size of the bag is wide 50 cm and high 40 cm. Make the handles from the same fabric as the outer fabric.

You buy a pdf pattern that you print out at home in A4 size. The included sewing instructions will help you from start to finish. It is a detailed description of each step in making the patterns. It contains clear photos, explanatory text and tips that will give your projects a professional look. You can also see the entire work description as a video.

Stofadvies

This pattern can only be made from a fabric without stretch. With a sturdy fabric, the bag comes out best. Think: canvas, oilskin, vegan leather or linen. For the lining, though, you can use lighter fabrics. Think: cotton, viscose or leftover lining fabric.
